Service Description
Lenoo’s A1 Norwegian course is the first step of your journey to mastering the Norwegian language. We will focus on making you comfortable using the most common words and everyday phrases and giving you a technical understanding of the language. Who is this course for? Lenoo’s A1 course is perfect for students in or near Stavanger who have taken no Norwegian courses before, or have little knowledge of the language and want to learn in a fun and engaging classroom environment. By the end of the course, you will be able to: • Interact with others in Norwegian simply, for example, greet people and have everyday conversations • Understand simple questions if your conversation partner speaks slowly and clearly • Agree and disagree with simple statements • Speak plainly about yourself, where you are from, and where you live • Talk about people you know and things that interest you • Read and write simple texts about everyday life • Understand the basics of Norwegian grammar What is included in this course? • A1.1 & A1.2 parts • 28 hours of grammar and conversation lessons • Teacher feedback and follow up on assignments • Lifetime access to a private members-only Facebook group with Lenoo teachers and staff to ask questions and receive answers any time • Access to our free språkkafe • Free online course repetition

Cancellation Policy
Courses & Private Lessons 1. Only cancellations submitted in writing to post@lenoo.no a minimum of seven (7) days before the course start date will be refundable. 2. If a student does not cancel in writing, yet does not attend or participate in the course, s/he will still be required to complete the payment for the course. Registration for a course will be considered binding until a written cancellation is received. To formally cancel any course, an email must be submitted and received by post@lenoo.no. 3. Refund calculations will be counted from the original prices of the levels/courses, not from the discounted offers. 4. Cancellation of private lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid payment for the booked hour. In case the school is notified too late or the student does not show up for the private class, the hour will be missed with no right of rescheduling/recovering or refund. Package Deals 1. Students who have booked Package Deals/Payment Plans are bound to continue with the entire program. Should special circumstances interrupt the student’s study program, we may approve discontinuation of the course on a case-by-case basis. Under these conditions, we will still require students to pay the full price for each level completed or started and a 10% cancellation fee for any level not started or completed.
