Classroom Courses
Our 7-week A1 Norwegian course is the first step of your journey to mastering the Norwegian language. We will focus on making you comfortable using the most common words and everyday phrases and giving you a technical understanding of the language.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:

Interact with others in Norwegian simply, for example, greet people and have everyday conversations

Understand simple questions if your conversation partner speaks slowly and clearly

Agree and disagree with simple statements

Speak plainly about yourself, where you are from, and where you live

Talk about people you know and things that interest you

Read and write simple texts about everyday life

Understand the basics of Norwegian grammar

A2 Elementary
Classroom Courses
Our 7-week A2 Norwegian course builds on the foundation of the A1 course. It gives you a broader vocabulary and a better understanding of the language. You will work on the technical aspects of the language and learn how to string words together to form more complex sentences.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:

Handle short social interactions in Norwegian using simple everyday language

Communicate, read, and write about general topics such as family, work, hobbies, housing, and personal finance

Describe yourself and your surroundings

Express desires, emotions, and commitment

Write a CV and application letter

Create sentences using correct grammatical structure

Score an A2 in norskprøven, the level required for permanent residency in Norway

B1 Intermediate
Classroom Course
Lenoo’s 7-week B1 Norwegian course is one of our most exciting courses! Not only does it prepare you for the Norwegian language test (norskprøven), but most students find that they truly understand the key to the Norwegian language while attending this course. Your vocabulary, grammar, and technical language skills will grow as your speaking and listening comprehension skills continue to improve.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
